Social Worker - Mobile Crisis Unit

The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on a mobile crisis team setting. Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required for position. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
 

Requirements:

• Master's degree required.

• NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.

• Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule and LMSW/LCSW required.

Nights w/ eo wknd & hols; 11p-7a

Salary Range: $41.694/hr - $50.88/hr (Commensurate with Experience)
