Responsibilities:

• Ability to establish collaborative relationships with a wide range of colleagues
• Flexibility to work in various capacities on an interdisciplinary team
• Comfort providing clinical services in nontraditional modalities, including as part of medical visits
• Ability to work independently
• Self-reflection about work and professional role
• Enthusiasm for learning new skills and commitment to professional development

Education and License Requirements:

• LMSW or LCSW

Preferred Skills/Training/Experience:

• Bilingual – Spanish speaking
• Training and experience with evidence-based interventions
• Experience working in a medical setting or with health professionals
• Experience working with parents and families, including assessment of parent-child relationships and family systems
• Experience assessing the growth and development of infants and young children
