Youth Worker (Afterschool)

Position Overview: 

The Youth Worker will work as part of the P.R.I.M.E. Leaders Afterschool Program leading fun, skill-based activities in areas like dance, arts, sports, and more. Will also provide homework help and collaborate with Group Leaders to support participant growth. Must have a strong interest in working with youth. The Youth Worker will also help students prepare for projects geared toward community issues as well as special presentations related to monthly themes.

Position Qualifications:

High School Degree or equivalent required; some college a plus. Relevant work experience with children. Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast- paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Comfort working in team settings and with diverse individuals. Possess organizational, verbal, written and communication skills. Must be computer literate.
