ROLE OVERVIEW

Social media is increasingly being manipulated by bad actors, damaging the reputations of brands, governments, and individuals, and spreading harmful narratives at scale. Cyabra's technology cuts through the noise to detect coordinated inauthentic activity, map evolving threat narratives, and deliver actionable intelligence to clients across the private and public sectors.

We're looking for a hands-on, technically deep individual to own post-sale technical deployment and value realization for our most strategic clients. As a Forward Deployment Engineer, you will be embedded at the intersection of our GTM and Product organizations — building custom integrations, automating workflows, and ensuring clients extract maximum value from the Cyabra platform. You will work directly with enterprise clients, partner closely with Sales, CSM, Product, and Engineering, and serve as the technical force multiplier that turns complex deployments into repeatable success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Deployment & Integration:

  • Own end-to-end technical onboarding for enterprise clients, from scoping and environment setup through go-live.
  • Build and maintain custom integrations between Cyabra's platform and client data environments, including API connections, data pipelines, and third-party tooling.
  • Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline data ingestion, output delivery, and reporting.

Client Enablement & Technical Advisory:

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic clients post-sale, translating their operational requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and documentation to enable client teams to independently leverage the platform.
  • Identify and address integration gaps, configuration issues, and workflow bottlenecks to drive adoption and retention.

AI Tooling & Prompt Engineering:

  • Leverage LLMs and AI automation tools to enhance client-facing workflows, analysis pipelines, and platform outputs.
  • Design, test, and optimize prompts to extract structured intelligence from Cyabra's platform and third-party AI systems.
  • Prototype AI-assisted solutions that address client use cases and feed back into product development.

Cross-Functional Feedback Loop:

  • Serve as the technical voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, surfacing integration gaps, feature requests, and deployment blockers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and CSM on complex deal cycles where deployment complexity is a factor in the buying decision.
  • Contribute to building reusable technical assets, deployment playbooks, and best practices that scale across the team.

Documentation Management:

  • Create & maintain technical documentation, deployment & integration guides.
  • Standardize onboarding and deployment processes to reduce time-to-value for clients.
  • Enable internal teams with reusable technical assets and reference architectures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a forward deployment, solutions engineering, or technical implementation role within a SaaS company
  • Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, Python or JavaScript, and cloud-based architectures
  • Hands-on experience building integrations, or automation workflows in enterprise environments
  • Ability to design effective LLM prompts and AI-assisted workflows to extract and structure insights
  • Excellent communication skills and able to operate fluently with both technical engineers and senior business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex deployments simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Comfort building scalable solutions without predefined playbooks
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and on-site deployments
