We are seeking a proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented Project Manager to support the successful execution of integrated pharmaceutical marketing initiatives across multiple brands and workstreams. This role partners closely with Account, Creative, Medical, Strategy, Production, and Editorial teams to drive timelines, coordinate deliverables, manage approvals, and ensure projects move efficiently from kickoff through final delivery.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can confidently balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication and operational accuracy.
Responsibilities- Independently manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously across brands and departmentsÂ
- Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverable trackers, meeting recaps, and status documentationÂ
- Ensure projects remain on track against established timelines, milestones, and client expectationsÂ
- Coordinate day-to-day project execution across internal teams and external partnersÂ
- Drive accountability for project next steps, deliverables, and approvalsÂ
- Maintain operational accuracy across routing, file management, approvals, and documentation
- Support projects through MLR/legal/regulatory review processes with attention to detail and accuracyÂ
- Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings with clear communication and follow-up
- 3–5+ years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare communications, or agency environmentÂ
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Strong attention to detail and follow-throughÂ
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsÂ
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and prioritization skillsÂ
- Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teamsÂ
Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000
