Responsibilities include tracking and reconciling 3PL and logistics expenses, ensuring compliance with the "No PO, No Pay" policy, preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries, supporting annual financial audits, and implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Accounting and requires 3-5 years of public or private accounting experience, strong understanding of US GAAP, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
