Sonic Summary

The Nursing Attendant, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, performs various patient care tasks and supports daily living activities.
This role includes providing basic nursing care while ensuring the maintenance of the environment, equipment, and supplies.
The Nursing Attendant is a key member of the Psychiatric team, contributing to the treatment and management of Behavioral Health patients.
Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED, along with a Nursing Attendant certification and previous experience in the role.
Experience in Behavioral Health and/or Substance Use Disorder is preferred, with a salary range of $30,000 to $40,000 per year.

Under the direction and guidance of the Registered Nurse, the Nursing Attendant performs a variety of patient care duties and tasks related to activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care and maintains the environment, equipment and supplies. The CNA, as part of the Psychiatric team, plays an integral part in the treatment and management of the Behavioral Health patient

Qualifications

HS Diploma/GED
• Nursing Attendant certification
• Previous nursing attendant experience
• Experience in Behavioral Health AND/OR Substance Use Disorder is preferred
