Family Foster Care Caseworker

Position Overview: 

To provide comprehensive case management services to assigned children and families with primary focus on achieving permanency for child. Evaluate safety and risk of child while in foster home and support foster parent with parenting skills to best meet the needs of the child. Engage parents in meaningful way that provides support and necessary resources to assist in reunification or another permanency plan. Maintain contemporaneous documentation that outlines all case planning efforts.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, required. Basic computer skills. Good written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to effectively engage others who may be resistant.
