We’re seeking a talented Product Designer (Senior Associate) to help drive the evolution of our US client-facing authenticated digital experience. In this impactful role, you will contribute to redefining how our clients interact with their finances, delivering seamless, user-centric digital experiences that set new standards for the industry.

As a hands-on designer, you’ll focus on executing UX/UI design work, collaborating closely with business and tech partners, fellow designers, content strategists, and researchers to bring digital products and services to life for our clients and advisors. Your expertise will help translate complex financial journeys into intuitive, elegant solutions that strengthen client-advisor relationships and deliver measurable impact.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute UX/UI design work for the authenticated digital experience for US private banking clients, translating complex financial challenges into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality design assets, prototypes, and specifications, ensuring a high standard of craft and attention to detail across projects.
  • Design using both existing design systems and contribute to the development of new and emerging design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation across digital products.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that align with business goals and deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences.
  • Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
  • Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive practices, ensuring every product delivers exceptional value.
  • Apply the latest AI, emerging technologies, and industry trends to keep our products at the cutting edge of digital finance.

 

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • Portfolio link required in resume (please include passwords if protected).
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in experience or product design, with a proven track record of executing and delivering user-friendly solutions and scaling digital products.
  • Experience designing for complex authenticated digital environments, such as secure client portals, dashboards, or other login-protected spaces.
  • Experience designing for a consumer or financial services setting or another regulated, data-dense industry.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills. Ability to deliver high-quality UI through hands-on design and creative execution.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
  • Skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with experience partnering with product managers and teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma and hands-on usability testing.
