About the role


The Sales Enablement Program Specialist is responsible for the execution and operational delivery of sales enablement programs across North America. This role ensures onboarding, training, and sales engagement initiatives are well-organized, evolved, consistently executed, and effectively communicated. 


What you’ll be doing

 

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with  Winning Together values.
  • Execute sales enablement programs including onboarding, training sessions, Sales Connects, and events.
  • Manage scheduling, agendas, materials, and stakeholder coordination across programs.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure programs are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate across Sales, HR, and Marketing to align schedules, communications, and program logistics.
  • Draft and distribute communications including invites, reminders, and post-session follow-ups.
  • Track attendance, participation, and program engagement.
  • Maintain program trackers and support reporting on outcomes.
  • Organize and maintain enablement content and shared resources.
  • Identify and support improvements to processes, templates, and workflows.
  • Act as a point of contact for participants and stakeholders during program execution.
  • Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.


What you have

 

  • 1–3 years experience in coordination, operations, or program support roles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience supporting training, events, or program coordination is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines 
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
