We are seeking a full-time Client Services Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, this role is essential in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and their pets through concierge-level service, knowledgeable guidance, and effective coordination with our medical team. Successful candidates are professional, empathetic, and committed to upholding the high standards of client experience and patient care that define Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group.
 
THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver concierge-level service to clients and their pets in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow for multiple doctors
• Answer and triage calls on a high-volume, multi-line phone system
• Provide clients with information regarding hospital services, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
• Admit patients, maintain accurate records, and support daily hospital operations
• Maintain working knowledge of veterinary terminology, services, and procedures
• Support the medical team through effective communication and coordination
• Build positive client relationships through professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail
• Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for clients, pets, and team members
• Ensure the comfort and well-being of patients during their visit
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
 Client Service experience required; veterinary experience preferred;  High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with EzyVet or similar veterinary practice management software preferred
• Proficiency with computer systems and multi-line phone systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, empathetic support to clients
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Genuine appreciation for pets and commitment to their well-being
