Responsibilities:
- The Receiving Clerk is responsible for the accurate receipt, inspection, documentation, storage, inventory control, and distribution of all supplies, equipment, and materials delivered to the facility.
- This position ensures that nursing units, clinical departments, dietary services, rehabilitation, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative departments receive the supplies necessary to provide high-quality resident care.
- The Receiving Clerk maintains accurate inventory records, verifies deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips, monitors stock levels, coordinates deliveries with multiple vendors and courier services, and ensures compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or coursework in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Healthcare preferred.Â
Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year of receiving, warehouse, inventory control, or supply chain experience required.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, hospital, or skilled nursing facility preferred. Experience using inventory management software strongly preferred.
