Job Responsibilities
Responsible for installing,Ā operating ,Ā maintainingĀ andĀ repairingĀ surveillanceĀ technical equipment to include allĀ systemĀ used byĀ surveillanceĀ team (e.g. facial recognition, point of sale system, incidentĀ report database system, access control system, alarm system,Ā digital video management system, license plate reader system, close local area network and various system servers.) Repairs equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Ā Ensure allĀ equipmentĀ isĀ repairedĀ in an effort toĀ protect the assets of the company.Ā Ā Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times.Ā Ā MustĀ present a neat and clean appearance at all times.Ā Performs other duties as assigned.Ā Ā

RepairsĀ allĀ surveillanceĀ equipment.Ā MaintainsĀ SurveillanceĀ equipment.Ā RemainsĀ up-to-dateĀ on the latestĀ SurveillanceĀ technology.Ā AttendsĀ periodicĀ meetings andĀ training sessions.Ā EnsureĀ surveillanceĀ equipment meets Resort World standards and meets or exceeds New York State Gaming CommissionĀ requirement. ProvideĀ 24 hourĀ emergency response to perform or facilitate emergency repair. Provide technical assistance to other departments to install convert video and audioĀ surveillanceĀ equipment. Catalog and inventory allĀ surveillanceĀ technical equipment.Ā Ā

Physical and MentalĀ
UnderĀ direction, perform technical work inĀ installing, maintaining,Ā repairing and training in the use of technicalĀ surveillanceĀ equipment. Ability to stand and walk for an extendedĀ period of time.Ā Ability to work in a confined area.Ā Ability to communicate effectively in English (orally and in writing). Communicate in a pleasant, friendly and professional mannerĀ at all times. Maintain a professional work environment with allĀ surveillanceĀ employees. 20/20 vision/corrective lenses, ability to distinguish colors, shapes and difference in size. Ability to communicate English both orally and written.Ā Ā

Work/Educational ExperienceĀ
Ā Must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school or equivalent diploma andĀ have the ability toĀ obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the New York State Lottery regulations.Ā
MustĀ able to obtain license under the Security Guard Act (āSGAā or Article 7-A of the General Business Law).Ā Ā Ā
One (1) year of experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of technicalĀ surveillanceĀ equipment.Ā Ā
Knowledge of working with CCTV systemĀ to include cameras, monitors and recording devices.Ā
