Join Our Team as an Electro‑Mechanical Assembler at Teledyne ETM

At Teledyne ETM, we build complex electronic systems that support important technologies around the world. We’re looking for several Electro‑Mechanical Assemblers who enjoy hands‑on work and take pride in building things the right way.

This is a day‑shift role with no night or swing shifts.

What’s the Role?

As an Electro‑Mechanical Assembler, you’ll help build electronic systems and sub‑systems by following detailed work instructions and drawings. You’ll work with a supportive team of assemblers, technicians, and engineers to make sure each product is assembled safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Training is provided, and this job is a great fit for someone who likes to work with their hands and learn new skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble electronic components, wire harnesses, sub‑assemblies, and large systems
  • Route and secure wires and wire bundles of various sizes
  • Assemble and install plumbing components and hoses
  • Follow work instructions, drawings, photos, notes, and verbal guidance
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Work closely with teammates to meet production goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and quality

What You’ll Need

  • Ability to follow manufacturing instructions and learn new processes
  • Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment
    (such as multimeters, calipers, and pressure gauges)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in positions such as bending, kneeling, or overhead
  • Basic computer skills (email, internet searches, ability to learn new systems)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly
  • Experience reading work diagrams or drawings
  • Basic plumbing experience
  • Soldering experience
  • Mechanical aptitude or hands‑on experience (automotive or equipment repair or maintenance technician experience is a plus)

Salary Range:

$50,600.00-$67,500.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
