 Job Summary
The NPI Technical Writer creates and manages documentation, preliminary assembly procedures, and assists engineering staff in producing formalized assembly procedures.
 Key Responsibilities:Â
- Documentation & Technical Writing:
- Create, prepare, and maintain accurate technical documents, including work instructions, engineering bulletins, and failure analysis reports.Â
- Process Development & Documentation:
- Helping to establish and document manufacturing processes and work instructions.Â
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Working with design, manufacturing, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth product introduction.Â
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyzing technical data to identify areas for improvement and providing reports on productivity and quality.Â
- Process Optimization:
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and yield.Â
- Assist ME in improving Unigen’s system of production control, standard operating procedures, safety, quality control, and training of NPI.
- Coordinate the manufacturing launch of the new/revised product.
- Manage and document NPI ECO / MCO change requirements – create or update instructions and tooling if required and coordinate with production to implement necessary changes.
