We are seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). If you have a passion for beauty, wellness, and providing outstanding customer service, we want to meet you!

Duties of the Assistant Spa Manager include:

Drive, monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity through weekly and monthly dashboards and KPIs;
Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa and individual team members’ daily activity to reach their goals
Promote and develop the brand’s visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling
Assist with spa walk-throughs, noting special areas that need cleaning or maintenance attention
Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, bank deposits and reporting
Follows all practice policies and protocols
Provide a comfortable, relaxing spa experience to clients
Perform other duties as assigned

Assistant Spa Manager Skills & Qualifications

HAVE A PASSION FOR PEOPLE

At least 1-2 years retail sales experience
At least 1-2 years spa experience
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skill
Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Ensure compliance with all labor and state licensing laws and regulations in relations to business operations
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
