The Associate Service Sustainment Engineer is responsible for the technical evaluation, including the verification/validation of product changes that impact serviceability of the Breast and Skeletal Health. The position requires frequent interfacing with R&D, Manufacturing Engineers, RAQA, Learning and Development, to learn, understand, troubleshoot, and become SME for existing install base. The Associate Service Sustainment Engineer will be responsible for supporting and implementing design and process changes to improve service capabilities. They will work closely with Downstream Marketing, R&D, Learning and Development, Quality, and Operations to improve the performance, implementation, and serviceability of our existing products. They will conduct in-depth analysis of FTF, FPY, Non-repeat, and USV data to develop strategies for initiating sustainment activities. This position may also require supporting serviceability for new product development. This position reports to the Newark office location, but is expected to include some travel.
