C+C offers a full breadth of management services to improve and enhance a property’s revenue, cost control measures, maintenance, financial reporting, and resident relations.  

Essential duties & responsibilities:

  • Greet and acknowledge all residents and announce/sign in all guests and contractors/vendors
  • Provide assistance to tenants in the building complex
  • Handle general requests from community residents
  • Facilities resident maintenance inquiries from residents and guests
  • Assist Move in and Move out arrangements with residents
  • Establish relationships with residents to tailor services to their individual needs
  • Receive, sort and distribute mails and packages
  • Efficiently handle large call volume inquiries from tenants/guests
  • Assist with administrative duties such as light copying & fax requests and other requests as needed

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, as this job requires frequent interaction and communication with building residents and guests.
  • Understands customer service.
  • Prior experience working in a customer service industry.
  • Reliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, professional and amiable.
  • Basic computer skills.
