Job Description:
This job is responsible for delivering either small end-to-end or large specialized portions of a marketing initiative or program. Key responsibilities include using advanced analysis and problem solving to recommend improvements and solutions, owning the delivery of primary components for small to medium marketing products/processes or secondary components for large/medium initiatives. Job expectations include working with senior management within the Marketing team to deliver solutions based on a defined set of project/program goals.

We are seeking a digital marketing professional to join the Consumer Credit Card Marketing Strategy Integration team, supporting some of the bank’s largest demand generation campaigns. The Sr. Marketing Specialist will support co-brand credit card marketing across bankofamerica.com, partner media, and related marketing channels.

This role will work closely with internal business partners, agency teams, and co-brand and affinity partners to support digital media, testing, reporting, expense management, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage co-brand marketing efforts, including Refer a Friend and other digital channels as needed
  • Drive acquisition growth by understanding the competitive landscape, optimizing channel performance, and identifying new messaging and capability opportunities
  • Partner across the organization to operate within risk and profitability guardrails while meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with internal and agency partners to evolve and optimize marketing tools and collateral
  • Oversee the development of digital assets that support co-brand and affinity partners
  • Work with cross-functional partners to align campaign strategy, development, and enhancements
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and co-brand partners to develop marketing collateral and support forecasting and budget management
  • Manage marketing campaign execution from planning through delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of marketing campaign management experience; credit card and/or co-brand experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, positive, and able to independently manage deadlines, approval processes, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and relationship management skills
  • Strong understanding of corporate standards, procedures, and approval processes
  • Enterprise mindset, with the ability to assess impacts across the organization and prioritize accordingly
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management skills

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
