Your Team & RoleÂ
Prudential is transforming how work is delivered across the enterprise through Scaled Lean Delivery, an outcome-driven model that connects strategy, execution, and value realization.Â
Â
As the Director, Enterprise Delivery Methodology & SDLC Enablement, you will play a critical leadership role in advancing Prudential's delivery evolution through enterprise methodology ownership, SDLC modernization, governance enablement, and continuous improvement.
