Work Schedule Comments: Mon- Fri 6am-4pm, Saturdays as needed.
Position Overview: To safely and efficiently operate equipment used in the loading, unloading, stacking, and movement of shipping containers within the trucking yard.
Must have Driver License and Pass MVR check
Important Job Functions:
- Load and unload containers from chassis, trucks, and stack areas.
- Chassis Stacking
- Yard Locator
- Move containers to assigned storage or staging areas as directed by yard dispatch or supervisors
- Position and align containers in stacks according to yard layout and safety protocols.
- Operate yard equipment such as forklifts, yard trucks, top lift on a daily basis
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to help at the gate when needed
- Kneeling

- Lifting
Requirements:
- Ability to operate equipment on the yard
- Knowledge of depot industry and interchange procedures
- Ability to operate yard equipment
- Heavy forklift experience
- Valid Driver's License
Other Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to detect damages on equipment
- Ability to operate equipment
$20-25 an hour based on experience
