Responsibilities

The Human Resources Generalist manages the day to day operations and provides a wide variety of complex Human Resources support to all levels in the organization, ensuring the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures. The position performs high-level professional duties in a variety of functional core human resources areas including affirmative action, acquisition projects, legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field preferred.2. PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.3. 5 years experience in a Human Resources; with two years of this experience being in healthcare preferred.4. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.5. Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook.

6. Knowledge of benefit and leave of abscence administration required.

Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $46,384.00 to $75,233.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
