About The Position
 We are seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist for a 12-day locum tenens assignment at an outpatient practice in New Jersey. This opportunity begins on 06/30/2025, and involves working two flexible weekdays per month from 8:30 am to 4 pm. The psychiatrist will primarily focus on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments using Neurostar TMS, with training provided if needed. Additionally, the role includes medication management, which can be done remotely between TMS appointments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both TMS and medication management, with a willingness to learn TMS if inexperienced. Proficiency in Office Ally software is required. There is potential for extension beyond the initial assignment period.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments using Neurostar TMS
• Conduct medication management for psychiatric patients
• Manage 1-hour appointment slots for TMS patients
• Handle medication management between TMS appointments, with remote options available
• Collaborate with the practice's TMS trainer for skill development if needed
• Utilize Office Ally software for patient documentation
• Maintain excellent patient care and satisfaction
• Adhere to practice policies and procedures
• Participate in any required meetings or training sessions
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatry and TMS treatments
Additional Information:
• Must be board-certified in Psychiatry
• Active New Jersey medical license required
• Willingness to learn or expand skills in TMS treatments
• Comfortable with both in-person and remote patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a flexible environment
• Adaptability to new treatment modalities and technologies
