Job DetailsJob Location: Newark Office - Newark, DE 19713Salary Range: $69.00 - $80.00 HourlyWallace Montgomery is launching a new Facilities Design Group and are seeking experienced, motivated mechanical engineers across multiple disciplines to support the planning, design, and execution of complex facility projects. This team will work collaboratively from early concept development through construction and commissioning.  Primary Responsibilities & Requirements: Design HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, process piping, and thermal systems for industrial and commercial facilities Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and system layouts Knowledge of ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, NFPA, and local building codes Experience with energy efficiency and sustainability strategies preferred Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering  PE License in MD, DE, and NJ (or the ability to get reciprocity) is required.
