In the U.S., our businesses include Group Insurance, Individual Life Insurance, Retirement, and Prudential Advisors. They are supported by the USB Service and Claims Operations organization delivering an end-to-end customer experience that’s simple, proactive, and data-driven to fuel financial wellness solutions for our customers.
Prudential wants to offer you the opportunity to develop and grow through a 10-week internship program within U.S. Businesses. This program is designed to enhance your business knowledge, strengthen your professional capabilities, and provide opportunities to demonstrate your skills and talents.
Timeline:
Program Dates: Monday, June 7th, 2027 – Friday, August 13th, 2027

What you can expect:
This summer internship is a feeder into our U.S. Businesses Leadership Development Program. Our full-time rotational program within U.S. Businesses is structured to give you a broad background through meaningful exposure focused in areas such as Product Development & Innovation, Customer Experience, and more.
During your internship you’ll be placed on one U.S. Businesses team for the summer, our teams feature a diverse mix of functions across Prudential’s businesses. You’ll work in a collaborative and encouraging environment that supports individual contributions, while placing equal importance on the results of the larger team.  You may be placed in the following or another area depending on business need:
Strategy, Product & Business Transformation
Partner with business, product, operations, and technology teams to support strategic initiatives, process improvements, product enhancements, and business transformation efforts.
Analytics & Business Insights
Use data, reporting, and research to drive business decisions, improve operational effectiveness, and uncover customer and market insights.Project & Program Management
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage deliverables, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and help drive key business priorities forward.Operations & Business Support
Contribute to initiatives that improve customer, advisor, and business experiences through operational excellence, service enhancements, and process optimization.
What you’ll need:
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
Preferred areas of study: Business, Economics, Management, Business Analytics, Operations, EntrepreneurshipÂ

Note: The salary range for this role is $28.00-$30.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Â
