Job Title: QA Inspector – FQA ( Swing Shift)

Job Overview:
The Final Quality Assurance (FQA) Inspector performs final and other types of quality inspection to ensure adherence of the finished product to compliance requirements and procedures.Â
Â
Primary Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform inspections:Â
- Perform a cosmetic and full inspection, and as well as a functional test for all product lines including PCBA and box builds
- Ensure finished product compliance with applicable requirements and ESD practices, proper material handling, and NCR practices/systems
- Inspects nonconforming solder join defects on PTH and SMT component
- Perform online Go-Not-Go inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet Customer specification and applicable standards.

2. Monitor and operate critical equipment and instrumentation:Â
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of material (BOMs), MPI, ECN, Deviation, and other manufacturing documentation related to inspection in approving or rejecting final assemblies record daily test results
- Perform data entry and scanning to support daily production schedules and transactions

3. Provide team support:Â
- Demonstrate work methods to new hires
- Escalates process problems with Peer, Leads, Supervisor and Engineers.
- Share best practices, assist in minor troubleshooting
- Actively participate in cross-training

Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in First Article, In-Process, FQA, or Receiving Inspection in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment.
- IPC-610A or J-STD-001 certification preferred
