Reconstruction Project Manager

Northeast Power Dry is a fast-growing restoration company helping homeowners recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential reconstruction projects from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone with strong project management, construction, and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects, subcontractors, and client relationships.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working directly with homeowners, insurance carriers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage residential reconstruction projects from initial approval through final completion 
  • Build and review project estimates using Matterport and related estimating software 
  • Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, materials, and production timelines 
  • Communicate with homeowners throughout the reconstruction process to ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Work with insurance adjusters to review and approve project estimates 
  • Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and production standards are met 
  • Manage project documentation, updates, and workflow within Salesforce 
  • Collaborate with internal production, mitigation, and leadership teams 
  • Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining profitability goals 
  • Maintain company safety standards and operational procedures at all times 

What We’re Looking For

  • Project management experience in construction, restoration, reconstruction, or a related industry 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills 
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple active projects 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities 
  • Comfortable working directly with homeowners and insurance carriers 
  • Valid driver’s license required 
  • Willingness to travel daily throughout assigned territory using company vehicle 
  • Proficiency with technology, job management systems, and estimating software 

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Experience in residential restoration or reconstruction 
  • Knowledge of insurance claims and restoration processes 
  • Salesforce, Xactimate, Matterport, or related software experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field
