Job Title: Shipping Clerk (Day Shift)

Reports to: Logistics Supervisor
 Job Summary:
The Shipping Clerk performs the physical and administrative tasks related to the shipping of finished goods, materials, and equipment.
 Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Physical Shipping Tasks:
- Pick, pack, and audit outbound shipments.
- Stock finished goods inventory and packaging.
- Stage products and kits for production.Â
- Administrative Shipping & Receiving Tasks:
- Process outbound shipments (FedEx, UPS, Expeditor’s) and manage shipments via Oracle.
- Receive finished goods and parts into Oracle.
- Receive parts and assemblies into finished goods.
- Process inbound receipts, verifying part numbers and quantities against packing slips.
- Examine and verify labels on boxes and completeness against shipping documents.
- Perform proper handling and shipment audits.
- Handle outbound shipments of finished goods, inventory, and equipment.
- Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures, ESD, and manufacturing requirements for parts quality.Â
- Team Support:
- Demonstrate work methods to new hires and share best practices.
- Assist with troubleshooting and actively participate in cross-training.
- Provide support with kitting as requested.
- Perform other warehouse/logistics duties as assigned.
 Key Tools and Technology:
- MIS/MRP/ERP systems (Oracle)
- Barcode scanner and label printing equipment,
- Carts, pallet jacks and forklift
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Material handling and preservation equipment; vacuum sealer, vacuum pens, scale counter, tape/reel counter, barcode scanner, ESD/MSL packaging
- Data load software (inventory field population)
 Required Education Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to perform pickups and deliveries of products to and from customer locations as needed.
- Minimum one year of related experience and/or training
