Staff Accountant
Pay Range: $73,000 - $82,000

We're looking for a self-motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. If you're ready to grow

What You'll Do

  • Support monthly and year-end close processes, including bank reconciliations and
    financial statement preparation.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with inventory costing, control, and analysis.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts.
  • Maintain precise financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
    and company policies.
  • Participate in tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members across all departments and at all levels to resolve
    issues as they arise.
  • Support with special projects and reporting initiatives.
  • Support a variety of HR-related activities, including but not limited to: completing and
    maintaining Form I-9 documentation, monitoring and assisting with compliance with
    federal, state, and local labor laws, and coordinating and overseeing employee
    training programs.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Prior accounting experience strongly preferred but not required.
