As a Magnet®-designated health care organization, ChristianaCare is committed to excellence in nursing and patient care. We’re currently hiring hospital-based nurses for our Float Pool in Newark and Wilmington, Delaware.

 Position Details:

• Full-Time Flex: 72 hours per pay period

• ** Some Flexibility**

• 12-hour shifts available on Day, Evening, and Overnight

• Work across multiple units, gaining diverse experience and building strong clinical versatility

Requirement:

• BSN required or a dedication to acquire one within three years of hire

• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surgical RN experience in an acute care/hospital setting

• BLS certification required
