Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, organized individuals to join our remote team as Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with researching vacation options, coordinating requested services, and keeping important planning details organized from start to finish.
This opportunity is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, research, and working independently. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information about client preferences, destinations, dates, interests, and budgets to better understand their needs.
- Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, activities, and other available vacation services.
- Assist with arranging selected options through approved supplier resources and organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
- Provide ongoing assistance by answering questions, sharing updates, following up on pending items, and helping with routine changes or requests.
- Review information for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and continue learning about destinations and supplier offerings.
