Nawa Professional Services is seeking a dependable Custodian / Janitor to join our team in the Newaygo area! We have full - time opportunities in a school setting and an immediate start. No prior experience? No problem! We provide paid training!

Full Time opening

• Monday-Friday : 9:00AM to 5:30PM with occasional weekend availability for school event set up/tear down. During school breaks, alternate schedule.

Part Time Opening

• Monday - Friday: 5:00PM - 9:00PM with occasional weekend availability for school event set up/tear down. During school breaks, alternate first shift schedule.
• Monday - Friday: 4:00PM - 8:00PM with occasional weekend availability for school event set up/tear down. During school breaks, alternate first shift schedule.

Pay: $14

Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
• Grounds maintenance
• As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check with no prior or pending charges
• Willing to submit fingerprints for working in a school
• 18 years of age or older with valid ID
• Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members
• Reliable transportation.
