Description

Physical Therapy Assistant-Providence Home Services Oregon

Location: Newberg/Yamhill/Dundee to Grand Ronde as needed

Schedule: Part Time 32 hours/week on Weekdays Day shift

Under the supervision of a physical therapist, provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree Physical Therapy, from an accredited program.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License
