How you'll contribute
- Assist patients with performing activities of daily living
- Provide or assist with providing patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions
- Observe and record patient behavior and activities
- Report on changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff
- Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed
聽
Qualifications and requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred
- BLS Certification within 45 days of hire
- HWC (Handle With Care) within 45 days of hire
- CNA license preferred
- Must be minimum of 21 years of age to be considered for this position
