How you'll contribute

  • Assist patients with performing activities of daily living
  • Provide or assist with providing patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions
  • Observe and record patient behavior and activities
  • Report on changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff
  • Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed

Qualifications and requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience preferred
  • BLS Certification within 45 days of hire
  • HWC (Handle With Care) within 45 days of hire
  • CNA license preferred
  • Must be minimum of 21 years of age to be considered for this position
