Hematology and Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Anna Jaques Hospital are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow up care relative to oncology and hematology patients under the supervision of a board certified oncologist/hematologist while educating, counseling and providing support for oncology patients throughout their treatment and survivorship plan and working closely with faculty and nursing staff to develop and coordinate a plan of care to meet the needs of the patient and their families.Â
Must have an active MA NP or PA license, BLS/ACLS, MA board authorization to practice as an APRN NRSG or PA, a valid prescriptive authority from MA DPH-DCP and Federal DEA, for APRN, a current ONS Chemotherapy card, and OCN within one year of employment. Oncology/hematology exp. strongly preferred.Â

Pay Range:
$120,000 - $250,000The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
