Engineering Technician, Senior

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Technician to join our growing aerospace team in Santa Clarita, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic card-level failures in aerospace production equipment. This role works closely with engineering and production teams and follows established aerospace repair and quality methodologies to support reliable manufacturing operations.

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

​Salary Range: $27.93 - $37.21 per hour

Your Challenge:

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic card-level failures in aerospace production equipment

• Perform failure analysis and diagnostics using electronic test equipment

• Interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and component data sheets

• Conduct visual inspections in accordance with aerospace quality standards

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Support aerospace PWBA assembly and repair processes.

• Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing and repair procedures

What you bring:

• Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits

• Experience reading and interpreting schematics and PCB documentation

• Experience with electronic troubleshooting and failure analysis

• Familiarity with aerospace electronics manufacturing or repair environments

• Hands-on experience with electronic laboratory and test equipment, including:

         •Digital Volt Meter (DVM)

         •Multichannel Oscilloscope

         •Signal Analyzer

         •Frequency Response Analyzer

         •Dynamic Load Tester

         •JTAG Tester

         •Software download tools

         •Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR)

         •Infrared camera

• Knowledge of aerospace PWBA assembly processes

• Experience with root cause and corrective action methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
