Engineering Technician, Senior
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Technician to join our growing aerospace team in Santa Clarita, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing electronic card-level failures in aerospace production equipment. This role works closely with engineering and production teams and follows established aerospace repair and quality methodologies to support reliable manufacturing operations.

​Salary Range: $27.93 - $37.21 per hour

Your Challenge:
Troubleshoot and repair electronic card-level failures in aerospace production equipment
Perform failure analysis and diagnostics using electronic test equipment
Interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and component data sheets
Conduct visual inspections in accordance with aerospace quality standards
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support aerospace PWBA assembly and repair processes.
Document troubleshooting steps, findings, and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing and repair procedures
What you bring:
Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits
Experience reading and interpreting schematics and PCB documentation
Experience with electronic troubleshooting and failure analysis
Familiarity with aerospace electronics manufacturing or repair environments
Hands-on experience with electronic laboratory and test equipment, including:
      •Digital Volt Meter (DVM)
      •Multichannel Oscilloscope
      •Signal Analyzer
      •Frequency Response Analyzer
      •Dynamic Load Tester
      •JTAG Tester
      •Software download tools
      •Time Domain Reflectometer (TDR)
      •Infrared camera
Knowledge of aerospace PWBA assembly processes
Experience with root cause and corrective action methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
