• Pay: $16.90 - $55.00 per flat rate hour.
• Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off.
• Department Hours: Mon-Sat: 9am-8pm and Sun: 10am-7pm

What You'll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards.

• Ensure all used vehicles are retail-ready by completing quality inspections and necessary repairs.

• Perform mechanical and cosmetic reconditioning to prepare vehicles for sale.

• Deliver high-quality expertise while meeting safety, quality, and production standards.

• Help ensure every pre-owned vehicle is customer-ready before it reaches the sales lot.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of automotive technician, lube technician, or maintenance experience.

• Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude.

• Toyota or Lexus experience but not required.

• ASE certifications.

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $55.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
