We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Sitework Laborer for a trusted customer in Southern New Hampshire and Maine. This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity with room for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site clearing and excavation
• Support the installation of underground utilities
• Operate plate compactors and basic construction tools
• Assist with foundation preparation and site development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous construction or sitework experience preferred
• Experience with pipe laying, dirt work, or underground utilities is a plus
• Heavy equipment experience is beneficial but not required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 45–60 minutes from the Portsmouth area
