The FFT-FC Family Support Specialist collaborates with the FFT FT Clinician to deliver in-home support services based on an evidence-based model.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required for this position.
The position offers a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday with on-call rotation and a salary of $40,000 per year, requiring at least one year of relevant experience.

The FFT-FC Family Support Specialist works in conjunction with the FFT FT Clinician providing in home support services using an evidenced based model. This position is responsible for case management, support, being the bridge to other service providers, conducts assessments, implements treatment plans and other paperwork to support the treatment model

BA in SW, psychology or another other related human service degree.
