About the role:

Remote

We are looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to support the oversight and management of large-scale construction project schedules. You will maintain schedule integrity, ensuring vendor accountability, and integrating multiple project schedules into a comprehensive master schedule using Primavera P6.

You will be the primary scheduling resource. Working with vendor partners and team members, they will monitor schedule performance, identify risks, communicate impacts, and ensure projects remain on track. Additionally, they will support accurate capital forecasting.

You will be office-based and we perform it remotely from anywhere within the United States. Candidates located in the Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN areas may choose to work from a local office location if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain integrated master construction schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Review, and evaluate schedules submitted by vendors and contractors.
  • Integrate vendor schedules into master project schedules.
  • Monitor schedule performance and adherence to committed milestones and delivery dates.
  • Hold vendors accountable for schedule commitments and performance expectations.
  • Identify schedule risks, delays, conflicts, and resource constraints.
  • Communicate schedule impacts and performance concerns to team members.
  • Develop scheduling dashboards and performance reports.
  • Evaluate schedule quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor vendor resource availability and staffing across multiple projects.
  • Work directly with underperforming vendors to address schedule deficiencies and improve performance.
  • Support design-build project partnerships through schedule oversight and coordination.
  • Help maintain accurate project forecasts through schedule management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal control centers, project teams, and vendor partners to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
  • Experience managing and integrating large construction project schedules.
  • Experience reviewing contractor and vendor schedules for quality and compliance.
  • Experience holding vendors accountable for project schedule commitments.
  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Microsoft Excel reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Experience using Business Objects reporting tools.
