About the role:

Amarillo, TX, Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support large-scale renewable energy projects, including wind farms, solar installations, repowers, and other major capital initiatives within Energy Supply's strategic projects group.

You will manage drawings, RFIs, and project documentation, ensuring that you track, review, and return all materials within required timelines. You will help coordinate communication between engineers, project managers, and contractors on projects typically valued at $15M+.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage drawings, RFIs, and submittals across multiple active projects, ensuring you meet deadlines and document to facilitate flows between teams.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, coordinate email communications, and use tools like OneNote and SharePoint to track deliverables, approvals, and due dates
  • Route drawings and documents to project team members, follow up on approvals, and ensure that you do not delay or overlook anything.
  • Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before returning to suppliers or contractors
  • Prepare and manage large-format printed documents, including assembling drawing packages and bound project books for field teams
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to support project execution
  • Help with both digital document control and physical documentation handling, including printing, packaging, and shipping materials to job sites

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative/project coordination environment
  • 2+ years of experience working with:
    • Document control systems and PDFs (Bluebeam, Adobe Pro, or similar)
    • Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneNote
  • You are comfortable managing both digital documentation and physical project materials
  • Experience supporting engineering, construction, or utility projects is a plus
