Job Summary:**

As an Assembler I at YCA, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient assembly of components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality and meeting production targets.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assemble products or components using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
* Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to ensure proper assembly procedures.
* Inspect assembled products for quality defects and compliance with specifications.
* Operate and maintain assembly equipment and machinery.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
* Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
* Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred but not required.
* Ability to read and understand technical documents (e.g., blueprints, work instructions).
* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
