What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites
  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment readiness
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
  • Wash down truck and manage concrete loads to meet quality and safety standards
  • Represent the company professionally while prioritizing safety on every job site

  • Demonstrated ability to operate heavy vehicles safely and responsibly
  • Strong understanding of job site safety practices and situational awareness
  • Ability to follow instructions, routes, and schedules with attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and customer-focused mindset
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
