What You'll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Ensure accurate loading, delivery, and unloading of concrete per job specifications
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers
- Maintain a clean truck and support a strong safety culture on every job
What Are We Looking For
- Valid CDL License.
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
- Ability to follow instructions, job tickets, and site requirements
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Capability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and overtime as needed
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
