Responsibilities

Collaborates with various medical providers and clinical teams to provide patient/family advocacy, assessment, and psychosocial interventions for high risk medical and surgical populations in the outpatient setting. Licenses and Certifications

LMSW - Licensed Medical Social Worker - State Licensure LMSW in state of Georgia or persons who have obtained a master's degree from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education can practice social work under direction and supervision while preparing to take the master's social work licensing examination for a period of up to one year following the granting of such degree Upon Hire Required
