Position Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our growing plumbing team. In this role, you'll handle a wide variety of plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair tasks for residential customers. If you're a licensed plumber who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and delivers outstanding customer service—we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
• Diagnose issues, communicate solutions to customers, and complete jobs efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and company safety standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Document services performed in our software system (ServiceTitan experience a plus)

Requirements:

✔ 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
✔ Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
✔ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
✔ Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in various environments
✔ A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
