Key Responsibilities
- Complete initial in-home nursing assessments and routine reassessments
- Conduct supervisory visits to monitor the quality of care provided
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to caregivers and Direct Care Staff
- Update and revise care plans based on client needs and condition changes
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and care standards
- Document assessments, supervisory visits, and care plan updates accurately
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff
- Support safe, appropriate delivery of all services
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active RN license in the State of Georgia (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care preferred)
- Valid driver’s license/State ID
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Current CPR & First Aid or BLS or ACSL certification
- TB/PPD clearance
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional, compassionate approach
