Now Hiring: Immigration Attorney – Newport Beach, CA (On-Site)

David Hirson & Partners, LLP is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our growing business immigration practice. This role offers the opportunity to manage and support employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional quality and client service.

Location: Newport Beach, California (On-site)
Salary Range: $85,000 - $140,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant matters from initial intake through final adjudication.
• Draft, review, and file petitions and applications including E-2, L-1, TN, H-1B, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, and change-of-status matters.
• Prepare and review legal support letters, petitions, and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs).
• Provide strategic legal guidance to clients on U.S. immigration laws, compliance, and case strategy.
 • Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and internal team members to ensure efficient case preparation and high-quality work product.
 • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by providing case updates and addressing legal questions in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain case oversight to ensure timely filings, regulatory compliance, and adherence to firm policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 2-5 years of experience in U.S. employment-based immigration required
 • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
 • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
 • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
