General Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This hands-on role supports our skilled tradespeople and project teams to keep job sites safe, organized, and efficient. Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on-site.

• Perform general jobsite clean-up and organization to maintain a safe work environment.

• Support skilled trades and field teams with various construction activities.

• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a secure work area.

• Report safety concerns, hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.

• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications / Skills and Knowledge Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials safely.

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Basic understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.

• Previous experience in a construction or labor-intensive environment.

• Familiarity with hand and power tools.

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.

• Physical stamina and attention to detail.

• Team-oriented attitude with clear communication and reliability.
