This role supports fundraising operations, donor stewardship, financial documentation, and office coordination to ensure accurate records, timely acknowledgements, and efficient advancement processes. Willing to assist where needed in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. • Advancement Operations: Supports fundraising and donor relations efforts through accurate data management, reporting, and stewardship coordination. • Data & Systems Management: Maintains donor, tax credit, and financial records to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting. • Administrative & Office Support: Provides front-office assistance and general administrative support as needed. • Event & Program Support: Assists with development events and organizational initiatives. • Problem-Solving: Present solutions, not problems, in line with BGCVP’s mission. Key Responsibilities • Perform general data entry as required across Development, Administration, and HR functions • Manage Neighborhood Assistance Tax Program (NAP) data, documentation, and reporting • Enter, maintain, and generate reports in DonorPerfect • Assist with donor stewardship processes, including acknowledgements and follow-up support • Manage receipt processing and documentation • Provide general office finance support as needed • Answer phones and assist with front-office communications • Support events and fundraising activities, including preparation and day-of assistance • Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational operations Skills/Knowledge Required • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage confidential donor and financial information • Proficiency with donor databases and office software (including DonorPerfect, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support multiple departments • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel. Work Environment • Normal office environment; 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed with events Compensation • Comprehensive benefits package including salary, medical/dental benefits, vacation, and retirement account • Annual salary range: $40,000-$42,000 Qualifications
